This small group course is an incredible opportunity for you to deeply explore your Menstruality and how you experience your cycle (menstrual, seasonal or life cycle). We meet weekly, and sit in circle to listen, share, learn, explore and expand. We explore the core practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness, an in depth exploration of the two Vias (energies), an in depth look at each of the 4 inner seasons and phases of the cycle (one for each session), menstrual cycle self care through the phases, specific strategies for each inner season, how the creative process threads its way through the cycle. This course is for you if you are in your cycling years, and is even applicable and powerful if you are in peri-menopause and/or menopause, or have had a hysterectomy.
