Service Description
For ages 9-11 (womb-havers/young girls who have not experienced Menarche yet). Mother and daughter/child pairs (or guardian and child). Explores the initial transition towards maturation and puberty. Explores themes of the moon cycle, the mother/daughter bond, body and anatomy celebration, consent, Menarche, periods, emotions, communication, intuition, body wisdom and meditation. These themes will be explored through group and partner activities, stories, art, creativity, hands on activities, self-reflection and open discussion. The last session will be a Pretty River Red Tent Moon Circle.
