Service Description

Teen Red Tent is a safe and supportive opportunity for young women to gather in small group, exploring cycle related themes with a Menstrual Cycle Awareness and Certified FAMM Practitioner. This is a FULL DAY workshop focusing on a themes related to being a young woman with a cycle and how to navigate in this linear world. We will explore the inner seasons of the cycle, working with your inner rhythms, learning about and honouring our anatomy and physiology, cycle self care, identifying healthy biomarkers of menstrual health and navigating cycle tracking depending on your needs. This will be offered through ritual, discussion, self introspection, creative art and collaborative activities to make space for the individual experiences of being a cycling Teen in our world today. I provide a safe atmosphere for your teen to ask questions, listen, share and witness the journey of their fellow peers. *It is open for ages 15-18. * Workshop will be held at The Nottawa Community Center Each Teen will receive: - Teen RED Tent Manual with handouts + resource list - Personalized Cycle Tracking Journal
