PERIMENOPAUSE RED TENT: AT HOME A travelling workshop for women entering or moving through perimenopause. Gather a circle of women in the comfort of your own home and I’ll bring the Perimenopause Red Tent to you. This intimate, educational and reflective gathering is for women approaching, entering, or experiencing perimenopause. Together, we explore this significant transition through physiological, emotional and cyclical lenses, making space for both the science of what’s happening in our bodies and the lived experience of this season of change. This gathering is for women noticing changes in their cycles, bodies, moods or energy; wondering if they are in perimenopause; wanting to understand their changing hormones and cycles; or simply longing for meaningful conversation and connection with other women. What We’ll Explore: Depending on the workshop format, our time may include: Perimenopause physiology and the changing hormonal landscape Changing cycles, ovulation and cycle tracking Menstrual Cycle Awareness as an ally The emotional landscape of perimenopause Reframing the Inner Autumn phase of life Rest, boundaries and changing needs Foundational ways to support yourself through this transition Reflection, conversation and shared experience CHOOSE YOUR GATHERING "The Perimenopause Gathering" ~ 2 Hours A relaxed, educational introduction to perimenopause, with foundational physiology, changing hormones and cycles, the emotional landscape of this transition, and practical ways to begin working with your changing body. Includes time for conversation, reflection and questions. $85/person | Minimum 6 paid participants "The Perimenopause Red Tent" ~ 3 Hours A deeper, more experiential gathering adapted from my Full Day Perimenopause Red Tent. Alongside perimenopause physiology and cycle education, we explore Inner Autumn, cycle tracking, changing needs, rest and self-advocacy, with opportunities for reflection and Red Tent-style connection. Each woman receives a Perimenopause Red Tent Resource Package to continue her learning at home. $110/person | Minimum 6 paid participants Host Your Own Red Tent You provide the space and gather your circle. I bring the teaching, Red Tent materials and educational resources. Gatherings are ideal for 6–12 women. With 8 or more paid participants, the host attends complimentary. *Additional travel fees may apply outside 30km. Gather your women, choose your workshop, and bring the Perimenopause Red Tent into your home.
Cancellation Policy
Travelling Red Tent Booking & Cancellation Policy Travelling Red Tents are created especially for your group. When you reserve a date, that time is set aside exclusively for your gathering. Booking Your Date A $150 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward the final cost. Dates are not considered reserved until the retainer is received. Participants & Payment A minimum of 6 paid participants is required. The host is responsible for confirming attendance, collecting participant payments and making one payment to Pretty River Red Tent. With 8 or more paid participants, the host attends complimentary. Final participant numbers and the remaining balance are due 14 days before the gathering. Once confirmed, the workshop fee is final. Additional participants may be added afterward if space and materials allow. Minimum Attendance & Rescheduling If 6 paid participants have not been confirmed by the 14-day deadline, the gathering may be rescheduled. The retainer remains non-refundable but may be transferred once to a mutually available date within 6 months. If you choose not to reschedule, the retainer is forfeited. Host Cancellation For cancellations more than 14 days before the gathering, the retainer remains non-refundable but may be transferred once to another mutually available date within 6 months. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Cancellation by Pretty River Red Tent If Pretty River Red Tent must cancel due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, all payments may be transferred to a new mutually agreed-upon date or refunded in full, including the booking retainer. Travel Travel within the local service area is included. Gatherings outside this area may require an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
